Radioisotope renogram study
TīmeklisThe rate of fall of the third phase of the renogram has been shown to be an inverse linear function of the creatinine clearance rate and alinear function of age. SUMMARY 1 The factors governing the shape of the normal renogram have been discussed 2 The results of seventy consecutive renograms are presented and analysed. 3 The rate of … TīmeklisRenogram is performed in case of patient's dehydration and followed in case of patient's hydration with 600 ml of water intake. Renographic findings such as Tmax, T1/2, HB/HA and step-like pattern are studied as a parameter. Following 600 ml water intake, Tmax is significantly shortened and the step-like pattern is disappeared.

TīmeklisRationale and objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of hydration status upon renogram patterns and renal physiological parameters and clarify the differences between DTPA and MAG3 studies in normal volunteers. TīmeklisThe alterations in the contour of the I131-hippuran renogram recorded in normal subjects under conditions of varying rates of urine flow, PAH loading, position changes and ureteral obstruction are described.
