WebEA (help) is terrible. They've lied to me 5 times now. Twice about dealing with hackers, twice about them changing my name, and once about there being no server issues (BF5). I reported the same hacker twice over four weeks and they said the same thing everytime "cheating isn't in the spirit of the game and we'll look into it".
