The headlight suddenly seemed low and when I try to raise it, it pops. I can see the light trying to raise, but no go. For that matter, nothing happens turning it in the opposite direction either. Mine were pretty much toast after about 10 yrs of 70% night/30% day driving. It is used to dictate the up/down level of the headlamps.
